Return Policy Requirements
All returns to be initiated by sending an email to [email protected] stating the reason why it is being returned. This email to be sent to us within 7 working days on receipt of the product. We will get back to you within 24 hours on receipt of the mail. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards. Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the item—must be included and returned in its original condition. Without a box, or in a damaged box may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Merchandised returned without intimation or invoice shall not be accepted. Returns must be initiated as stated above.
All full price items are eligible for a one time exchange.
(Q)Will I be charged shipping for a return?
(A)Yes, you are responsible for return shipping and we recommend purchasing delivery confirmation or tracking. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, we are not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.
(Q)Can I return or exchange my items at the Opening Ceremony retail stores?
(A)No. All online orders must be returned directly with a return authorization number, which can be requested by e-mailing.
Returns for International Orders
We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders provided customer bears the shipping charges.
Refund will be processed through NEFT within 10 working days. Return duration will be 2 working days. Customer can cancel the order within 4 hours after placing the order.
